Named as a tribute to the “Hawaiian diamond,” one of Maui’s natural treasures, Olivine is the latest gem in Wailea dining. The new restaurant featuring elevated Italian cuisine, is a celebration of earth’s renewal. The dining concept debuts at the luxury Grand Wailea Maui, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, on June 20, 2023.
Among the first to taste the new chef-inspired menu items, guests joined Executive Chef Ryan Urig, members of his team, and executives from the resort at the partner Kosta Browne Winery in Sebastopol for a preview of the exceptional cuisine, beautifully presented.
