Cane & Canoe offers farm (or boat) to table Hawaiian cuisine and gorgeous views. Built to evoke a traditional canoe house, the restaurant offers a wide variety of choices from fresh fish to filet mignon. These selections are complemented by comprehensive wine and cocktail choices.
“Some of Cane & Canoe’s favorite entrees include: Ora King Salmon with Meyer lemon risotto, local mushrooms, asparagus and arugula; Kona Kanpachi and Kauai Shrimp with hapa rice, green papaya salad, peanuts, and green coconut curry,” said Bailey. “New to our ala carte menu is our Duroc Pork Chop with apple-braised red cabbage, spätzle, caramelized Maui onion jam, and macadamia nut gremolata.”
