San Francisco Opera’s Centennial Anniversary Concert and Dinner with the Artists

On Friday, June 16, San Francisco Opera celebrated its Centennial Season with the 100th Anniversary Concert at the War Memorial Opera House. The one-night-only concert spectacular, conducted by Music Director Eun Sun Kim, former Music Director Sir Donald Runnicles and former Principal Guest Conductor Patrick Summers and hosted by General Director Matthew Shilvock, featured an international array of leading opera stars in selections inspired by San Francisco Opera’s 100-year history. Following the musical celebration, a special Dinner with the Artists benefit, co-chaired by San Francisco Opera board members Anna Fieler, Sue Marineau and Jason Phillips, was held in the Dianne and Tad Taube Atrium Theater.
