In addition to wine, the evening featured renowned private chef Flora Kamimura and her husband, a third-generation Hawaiian native blacksmith, Neil Kamimura, who specializes in forging state-of-the-art specialty knives.

Together, they performed a live-fire culinary experience. Mollie Maisch, director of The Mascot, expertly paired each indulgent course with hand-selected, vibrant, and approachable wines from The Mascot.

“Over the past year, the Harlan family has been a valuable partner in creating unforgettable moments for our guests through creating programming with their wine dinners, intimate tastings with the vintners, and more,” said Charlie Parker, regional vice president and general manager at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai.

“The wines are sought-after and exceptional, and as an added experience for our guests, we’ve also woven in the four Harlan family wines to our in-room programming through curated wine cellars in each of our expansive villas.”
