SF Ballet Luncheon Celebrates Women and Dance

On March 17th, the SF Ballet Auxiliary Provisional Class commemorated Women’s History Month 2024 with a luncheon celebrating inspiring women. Among those inspirational figures was special guest Dana Genshaft, an SF Ballet alumna, now a choreographer and teacher at the SF Ballet School. The afternoon’s highlights included an intimate conversation between Genshaft and Auxiliary provisional class member Jean Lee.

The luncheon venue was downtown’s chic Holbrook House, located in the atrium at The Conservatory at One Sansome. The assembled guests noshed on caviar eclairs and salads–provided by Executive Chef Holly Stevens–while surrounded by lush spring floral arrangements. Among the afternoon’s attendees were notables Kelly Mi Li, Lillian Phan and Courtney Dallaire.

The SF Ballet Auxiliary is a volunteer organization supporting SF Ballet, America’s oldest professional ballet company. Since 1942, the SF Ballet Auxiliary has spearheaded initiatives and events that raise crucial funds for SF Ballet and the SF Ballet School.
