It was a big weekend for San Francisco’s design community, who celebrated the 46th annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase with two exclusive parties: a Patron Preview Gala on April 24 and the Friday Night Opening Party on the 25th. Attendees rubbed shoulders with some of 2025’s featured designers, enjoyed fine wines and passed hors d’oeuvres and got a sneak preview of the fully transformed residence at 2935 Pacific Avenue in Pacific Heights.
At the festive preview parties, attendees enjoyed Moura Albariño from Mythical Wine, Rue de Reve apéritif and passed appetizers from McCalls and Jessica Lasky Catering. While noshing on caviar and oysters, they experienced an immersive and one-of-a-kind design showhouse, extensively renovated in 2009 and featuring lush gardens and a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the San Francisco skyline and Bay. The event supports the San Francisco University High School Financial Aid Program, and has raised over $19 million since Showcase’s inception, providing deserving Bay Area students with access to a world-class education.
