HL: Your specialty suites are stunning. Tell us about your thoughtful redesign.
Adora Manalo, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley: Our specialty suites reflect what today’s traveler truly needs: space to reset and stay sharp. The new look combines refined minimalism with subtle warmth—an intentional design choice that allows both clarity and comfort to shine through.

Floor-to-ceiling windows draw in natural light, while modern furnishings and curated local artwork evoke the innovative spirit of Silicon Valley. Whether guests are unwinding after a day of meetings or hosting an intimate gathering, these suites are performance-ready environments—engineered as much for calm as they are for creativity.

What new offerings can guests look forward to this fall?
AM: This fall, we’re elevating purposeful moments of pause and connection. Guests can look forward to the return of our Après Village, an open-air seasonal experience that turns our Quattro terrace into a cozy escape with private chalets, fire pits, and elevated après-ski fare.

We’re also offering morning yoga by the pool, helping guests restore focus while taking in the refreshing breeze of the Bay.

At Quattro, our recently renovated restaurant, the talented culinary team is unveiling a refreshed fall menu that blends California produce with Italian inspiration—crafted for those who appreciate refined simplicity.

HL: Why is your hotel a top choice for business and pleasure?
AM: Because we understand that peak performance requires both focus and renewal. Our location places guests just minutes from Stanford and major tech campuses, but the experience inside is worlds away from the usual.
Bright workspaces, intuitive service, and seamless technology empower business travelers to stay sharp. Meanwhile our curated experiences: spa, rooftop pool, elegant afternoon tea and vibrant culinary program offer the kind of balance that transforms a work trip into something more meaningful. Whether here for one night or a full week of meetings, guests leave feeling refreshed, recalibrated, and ready for what’s next.

HL: What dinner experiences can guests look forward to this fall?
Executive Chef, Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley Jacques Swart: Be on the lookout for our Thanksgiving offering in Quattro where we will feature some local favorites, succulent Turkey, delectable sweet treats including our popular pumpkin pie, and much more.

Other exciting options will be our afternoon tea in ESC, where our menu is transformed into the seasonality and represents the calming colors of fall. We cannot forget to mention the wine dinner in October with Stags Leap Wine Cellars, this will be our last wine dinner for 2025.
HL: Share two of your favorite dishes.
JS: The menu offers a diverse flavor profile showcasing some impactful Italian dishes, but if I must choose just a couple of dishes, I truly enjoy our Ballerina pasta dish, the simplicity of a pomodoro sauce and fried brinjal topped with creamy ricotta cheese, there are so many layers of flavor but it comes together in a simple way.
Next is our tricolore salad, it’s a staple next to every meal, the crisp greens and truffle dressing completes the bite of every meal.
