In a city where pop-ups, tasting menus, and chef residencies are a regular affair, The Radiant Table, created by SE Productions, has carved out something entirely its own. Debuted in early May inside San Francisco’s One Market Plaza, this immersive, multi-sensory dining experience redefined what it means to gather for a meal, inviting guests not just to eat, but to feel, reflect, and connect.

The evenings began in an elegant lounge with a welcome drink, before moving into the main dining space, where the table itself became a canvas. Through projection mapping, each course was paired with dynamic imagery: rippling waves with seafood, flickering forest light with mushrooms, and glowing hues that shifted in sync with the mood of the meal.
Guests weren’t just eating, they were immersed in a narrative crafted by the chef, with the option to enhance the experience through a thoughtful wine pairing curated to complement each course.

Each night featured a different chef, bringing their own perspective and creativity to the experience. Highlights included Monique Feybesse, a Top Chef alum formerly of The Charter Oak, who crafted dishes inspired by her heritage and personal story; Alex Hong, the Michelin-starred chef behind Sorrel, known for his refined, seasonal cooking; and Greg Lutes of 3rd Cousin, who returned for a special encore night on June 27, closing out the San Francisco run with his signature vegetable-forward approach.

Following its sold-out San Francisco run, The Radiant Table now heads to Bellevue, Washington, this August for a new series of dinners featuring top Pacific Northwest chefs. The heart of the experience remains the same: beautifully plated cuisine, immersive lighting and sound, and a renewed sense of wonder around the act of sharing a meal.
