Every Memorial Day weekend, Napa Valley becomes a destination for world-class entertainment. BottleRock Napa Valley 2025 brought together live music, top-tier food, and celebrity appearances for an unforgettable 3-day event. This year’s festival raised the bar, drawing more than 120,000 attendees into its 26-acre playground of sound, flavor, and energy.

The Stars Who Took the Stage
Friday kicked off with major energy as Green Day took the JaM Cellars Stage. Bay Area local Billie Joe Armstrong performed nostalgic hits like “American Idiot,” “Holiday,” and “Basket Case.” With fireworks and their signature edge, they ignited the crowd like it was 1994 all over again.
Earlier that day, Bay Area legend E‑40 brought the party to the VIP Village Stage with a set full of fan-favorites like ’Tell Me When to Go’ and ‘Choices (Yup)’, sparking major hometown love.

Saturday, Benson Boone drew one of the weekend’s biggest crowds on the main stage, after performing in the kitchen by closing out an ice cream demo with the Voltaggio brothers and landing a perfectly timed backflip on the Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage.
Also appearing that afternoon, 4 Non Blondes enthralled the audience with a reunion performance of “What’s Up?”, their first live appearance together in 30 years. The entire crowd joined in, creating one of those rare festival moments that felt unforgettable.

Capping off Saturday night was pop royalty, as Justin Timberlake delivered a perfectly choreographed set, fresh off his tour, with hits like “Mirrors” and “SexyBack,” plus new tracks from his 2024 album Everything I Thought It Was. Backed by the Tennessee Kids, a full brass section, and a five-person dance crew, Timberlake brought his arena show energy to Napa’s vineyard stage.

By Sunday, Noah Kahan took the stage just as the sun started to set, playing fan favorites like “Stick Season” and debuting new music that matched the laid-back, end-of-weekend mood.

Khruangbin and Cage the Elephant closed out the night with a mix of smooth rhythms and high-energy moments, ending the weekend on the right note.
Celebrities, Chefs, and Exclusive Pours
This year, Jessica Biel unveiled her highly anticipated wine label, Prophet & Poet, in the exclusive Platinum Lounge. She poured limited-release 2021 inaugural vintage wines alongside winemaker Jesse Katz, offering VIP guests a first look and taste of the brand.
With only 900 cases produced, the collection reflects Biel’s thoughtful entry into the world of fine wine. She mingled with guests, shared tasting notes, and helped bring Prophet & Poet to life in a way that felt personal and elevated.

Stephen and Ayesha Curry returned to BottleRock, with Steph promoting his Gentleman’s Cut Bourbon. He was spotted singing along during Benson Boone’s set, fully enjoying his off-season. Serena Williams and Tobey Maguire were also seen throughout the festival, from lounges to chef demos.
And in a surprise moment no one saw coming, Flavor Flav jumped onstage with Green Day during their encore.

Over on the Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage, Bobby Flay and Brooke Williamson teamed up with Ken Griffey Jr., the baseball legend, who surprised everyone with his solid kitchen skills. Kate Hudson joined in as well, bringing a little Hollywood flair to the kitchen.
Immersive Experiences and Activations
Beyond the music, BottleRock offered plenty to explore. Hendrick’s Gin built a whimsical three-story bar serving creative cocktails. Lululemon set up a full-on roller rink where people skated between sets.

Napa’s top chefs and restaurants brought their A-game to the culinary gardens, and the famous lobster-caviar corn dog was back, with over 5,000 sold this year.
Even behind the scenes, BottleRock remained thoughtful, donating more than 3,000 pounds of food to local organizations as part of an ongoing sustainability effort that has resulted in over 13,500 pounds of donations since last year.
Until Next Year
BottleRock 2025 felt like a celebration of everything people love about California: music, food, design, and talent. From pop icons and legendary bands to chef cameos and elevated experiences, it all came together in a way that felt exciting.
The iconic three-day festival proved once again: there’s nowhere better to be when Napa turns up the volume.
