On March 6-7, the 59th-annual Edgewood Fair brought together nearly 400 community members to shop the Fair’s artisan goods and benefit the Edgewood’s youth mental health programs. The event featured two days of shopping unique exhibitors, who displayed their curated housewares, clothing and jewelry, and gave 25% of their sales to benefit Edgewood’s programs and services.
Each day of shopping also featured inspiring stories told by community members whose lives have been touched by Edgewood. Amy Morgan and Jessica Hewson, who manage the Edgewood Auxiliary’s volunteer program, shared testimonials on how meaningful it is to be involved with Edgewood and the people it serves. Edgewood offers youth-focused behavioral and mental health programs throughout San Francisco, San Mateo and East Bay counties. Founded in 1851, Edgewood’s mission is to provide the people, path and place for exceptional mental healthcare for youth.
