On Thursday, May 18th more than 200 human guests and their canine companions gathered at the Fairmont Hotel to celebrate the 36th Anniversary Gala of Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS), a program of Shanti Project. The night was filled with energy, excitement, and amazing human, canine, and feline personalities. The event raised more than $200,000 to fund the PAWS program’s free, comprehensive animal support services (including a pet food bank and veterinary care) to help keep our neighbors together with their animal companions.
